The conference room is suitable for smaller teams needing to hold a meeting or a video conference in prestigious surroundings. Apart from the conference room fitted with the pertinent devices and materials, refreshments and catering can also be provided (water, juices, warm beverages).
Our clients who pick Service Package 2 or Service Package 3, also get fifteen and twenty monthly conference-room hours respectively, all included in a virtual office package.
The conference room is suitable for meetings, presentations, interviews, negotiating with clients, signing contracts, training courses and the like.
The conference room is rented by the number of hours you need that particular day with the reservation at least one day beforehand.
The conference room price includes all supporting audio/video devices (OHP, canvas, sound system…) office furniture, consumables, the internet and the front office.
